How are we going to work:

  • First, we will use the Arte Sentido art therapy method, using clay and music to get in touch with the atmosphere of the workshop
  • Next, the ritual ceramics and musical instruments made with clay in America will be explained.
  • We will learn the techniques to get our instruments to make sound and how to tune them.
  • Sound can be applied to any ceramic artwork.
  • We will make acoustic systems that are more than 3000 years old
  • We will create simple and complex instruments, some of them create sound using only water.
  • You will learn how to play your instruments and also how to transform them into ritual objects.
  • You will take home a tool for tuning instruments as a gift.

Note that:

  • No previous experience is necessary.
  • Classes are formed with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 people to guarantee a personalized service.
  • All the materials and tools that your creative process may require will be provided.
  • If requested, we also offer the course as an individual class (please ask about prices and availability).
  • When the workshop is finished you can continue taking ongoing classes to learn more about the world of musical ceramics or other techniques.
