20 hours Workshop

Handbuilding and Ceramic Decoration Workshop

Teacher Dalia Sofronie

Hand building and ceramic decoration workshop: 20-hour divided in 4 sessions of 5 hours each.

  • In this handbuilding and ceramic decoration workshop you will work with different types of clay, engobes and pigments, understanding that the decoration of a ceramic piece sometimes begins even before creating it.
  • Mastering the handbuilding and ceramic decoration techniques as well as acknowledge the optimal times and conditions to apply each, are key elements when conceiving our projects.

The handbuilding and ceramic decoration workshop is very useful as a first contact with the clay and its vast possibilities. Once completed, you can practice the acquired skills independently, or continue moving towards more complex projects in our ongoing courses or in the open studio modality.
